Bookmark Contest 2024

The Library is turning 120 years old on November 11th, 2024!

Prompt: “120 Years, Anniversary/Birthday”

 

HOW TO ENTER

Entries will be accepted September 20 - October 4, 2024.

Voting will start October 11 and end October 25 at 5pm.

 

Pick up an entry form at the library starting September 20th. Design your bookmark in the space provided then turn in the completed form to the main library.

Entries will be put into a Google form posted on the library's Facebook page and website, separated based on the artists' ages. Winners will be determined by the number of votes each design gets. In addition to a winner from each age group, a library board and library staff overall favorite will be chosen from all the age groups.

Age groups are Adults (18+), Teens (12-18), Kids+ (8-11) and Kids (5-8).

Winners from each age group will have their design printed and distributed at the library. Winners will be announced on social media.

 

CONTEST RULES

• One entry per person.
• Do not put your name or other personal information on the design.
• Your bookmark should be your original creation. Avoid copyrighted images.
• Use the bookmark space provided on the entry form. Please leave the entry form intact.
• Design can be vertical or horizontal.
• Make sure the handwriting is legible on the printed entry form.
• Art supplies such as crayons, paint, markers, and colored pencils may be used. Please do not use computer-generated images or materials such as glitter or glued items.

• Participants must be a Clinton County resident or have a Clinton Public Library Card.
